Should I book in advance? To avoid disappointment, it is advisable to book in advance. This ensures that we have can be prepared for your arrival.​

Who can do it? All our water sports can be undertaken by everyone> We usually advise that children should be 7 years and over. All participants should be able to swim and have a reasonable level of fitness to get the best out of the experience.

Are their changing facilities and toilets? There are two large changing rooms together with a separate toilet with a shower next to our shop and booking office. We also offer coffees, water and ice-creams.

What about the equipment? We hold everything that you require to experience any of the water sports and boat trips. The wetsuits are thick to contend with the temperature of the loch. Please bring your own wetsuit and life jacket if you have one. We would always advise to take a change of clothes, warm outerwear for afterwards together with waterproof footwear as it is almost certain that you will get wet at some point in the day.

What is the position should we/I need to cancel our booking? Please cancel the booking online or by telephone. All cancellations or changes must be made 24 hours prior to booking. Unfortunately, any no shows or cancellations within 24 hours will not be refunded. -

What is the position if our booking is cancelled due to adverse weather conditions? We will offer a full refund or the option to re-book the experience as soon as is mutually convenient.

Is parking available? There is free parking available in the car park opposite the reception and shop.

Is there lockers? We do not have lockers but the receptionist will be happy to hold items if required for safe keeping while you attend the experience. The advice would be to leave such items safely in your car or at home.
